A Window Into Another World
The Circus Project brings homeless and at-risk youth off the street by teaching them critical life skills. Isometric was approached to create a new visual identity in time for a capital campaign to generate public support and to publicize classes for mainstream audiences. The design features irregular frames that invite the viewer to look into another world, affirming circus as a site where trauma and ecstasy are balanced, where the grotesque is beautiful and difference is celebrated.
