Park Rose
Visual Identity, Signage, Illustration
A distinctive, elevated, and whimsical brand for a contemporary Italian restaurant at the Hotel Park Avenue
An enchanted culinary experience on Park Avenue
Continuing our longtime collaboration with Renwick Hospitality Group, Isometric developed the brand identity, print collateral, and environmental signage for Park Rose, a new restaurant at Hotel Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The identity is anchored by custom illustrations that unfold as a mythical narrative, evoking the historic Rose Hill neighborhood as a bucolic reverie—an oasis and momentary escape from the bustle of the city. Paired with a custom typographic system, the visual language elevates every touchpoint, from menus to signage, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere where exceptional dining, celebration, and quiet contemplation become part of a singular hospitality experience.
A suspended floral reverie
A custom 23-foot-wide mural created in collaboration with textile designer Suraj Sharma extends the identity into the architecture, translating the artist's meditation on longing, reverie, and the idea of an oasis into an immersive floral landscape. Composed of hand-painted flowers and printed on textured vinyl overhead, the installation creates a defining and immersive sense of place. The mural is highly visible from the restaurant exterior, giving it a distinctive identity in the New York City neighborhood.
Sophistication through color and texture
Every touchpoint is designed to quietly enrich the dining experience, allowing the food, drink, and hospitality to remain the focus. Menus, check presenters, aprons, and signage are crafted with elevated materials, refined typography, and a rich palette of bronze, crimson, sage, teal, and gold, creating an atmosphere that feels equally suited to everyday enjoyment and special celebrations.
